We want to promote practices that protect our environment from waste and materialism. We recycle and reuse what we can within the shop.

-Our milk comes in glass bottles that are returned to the dairy.
-We sell our coffee in cans and encourage our customers to refill their cans for $1 discount.
-We give a 20 cent discount for anyone who brings in their own mug.
-We use paper products with less impact on the environment, like our take-away boxes for crepes, which come in Bioplus Earth recyled boxes.
-We shop at places like SWAP for anything we don’t need to buy new.
-We keep napkins behind the counter and only hand them out upon request.
-We incorporated green practices into the build-out of our shop. For example, our counter-tops are made with paper stone (100% recycled paper).
